Safe and healthy holidays in Vienna

Please only travel if you feel healthy. Pay attention to any symptoms of illness (such as fever, shortness of breath, etc.). For direct bookings: Free cancellation possible up to one day (12:00) prior to your arrival.

In accordance with the Covid-19 regulation of the Austrian Federal Government, we kindly ask you to present a valid vaccination certificate at your check-in. Alternatively, a PCR Covid-19 test is also valid as an "entry test".  As there are also a number of testing facilities around our house (e.g. PCR testing in the Wiener Stadthalle), you can of course also take a test in Vienna. Registration is possible at any time via oesterreich-testet.at.

Please schedule your test appointment in good time and take into account that PCR tests require a lead time of approx. 24 hours.The validity period for PCR tests is 48 hours. After this period, a new valid test result must be presented.   

Please maintain the distance rules to our staff and other guests - if this is ensured, it is not necessary to wear a mouth-nose protection. In accordance with these rules, please do not enter the lift together with our staff or other guests.

We have prepared disinfectant for you in the entrance area and ask you to use it when entering the hotel. We also recommend regular hand washing (at least 30 seconds).

Every day starts with a hearty breakfast. We continue to prepare a rich breakfast buffet fresh for you every morning, taking all hygiene measures into account.

Please use the disinfectant provided when entering. In order to maintain the spacing rules, the seating arrangement has been prepared accordingly. 

Cleanliness and hygiene have always been a priority for us. In compliance with the recommendations of health experts, our rooms, common areas and facilities are cleaned and disinfected daily.
